RBT Responsibilities
As a Behavior Technician on our team, you will:
Deliver direct ABA therapy services to children in home and community settings
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans developed by a supervising BCBA
Collect session data and complete accurate clinical documentation
Support skill development in communication, social interaction, and daily living
Maintain a positive, dependable, and professional presence for clients and families
Travel between client sessions within the Greensboro area as needed
Qualifications
To be considered, applicants should have:
Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the BACB
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
Strong communication and organizational skills
Experience working with children preferred
ABA or behavioral health experience is a plus
