EMEA CMS Material Coordinator (m/f/d)
Currently we are looking for an EMEA CMS Material Coordinatorwho will be an operational buyer within the procurement function.
In this position you will implement tactical purchasing activities, managing supplier relationships, and ensure seamless material flow to support aerospace services operations.
You will ensure timely material availability (chemical finished goods in the aerospace) to meet customer demand.
You will report to the Aero Services Supply Chain Manager.
Work model: Hybrid (Fridays flexible)
Location: Curie-Skłodowskiej 12, Wrocław (Nobilis Business House)
Key Responsibilities
Manage purchase orders end-to-end: create and update them to make sure details, quantities, prices, and delivery dates are correct.
Handle purchase requests and place orders on time, following company procedures and ensuring a smooth procurement of materials and goods.
Communicate with suppliers and our teams to make sure orders are on track and business needs are met on time.
Monitor deliveries and supplier performance, follow up on delays, and resolve any issues (e.g. deliveries, quality, invoices).
Monitor stock levels to ensure materials are available while keeping inventory costs low.
Work with teams to keep inventory data accurate, review slow-moving items, and support improvements to reduce excess stock.
Plan and coordinate shipments to ensure materials are delivered on time and at the best cost.
Track deliveries, work with logistics providers, and look for ways to reduce transport costs.
Qualifications
Min. BSc degree in Supply Chain, Business or any other field
2+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing or supply chain operations (chemical industry a preference)
Intermediate MS Excel skills
ERP system knowledge (Oracle, QAD or SAP)
Fluent English required, fluent Polish preferrable – French or German would be a merit
Open, clear, and team‑oriented communication style with a problem‑solving mindset
Experience working with suppliers and customers across countries and different cultures
