［プロジェクト概要および業務内容］ Project Overview and Responsibilities

• オフショアとオンサイトのブリッジ業務
• 戦略的テスト計画 - 包括的なテスト戦略を策定し、スコープを定義し、ツールを選択し、プロジェクトの開始/終了基準を設定
• チーム管理 - テスト担当者を指導/メンタリング/管理し、スキルレベルとプロジェクト要件に基づいてタスクの割り当て
• リソースと予算の管理 - テストリソースを割り当て、テスト環境を管理し、プロジェクト予算を監視
• テスト実行と追跡 - テスト計画が期限通りに実行されるようにし、テストカバレッジ、不具合、全体的な品質などの指標を追跡
• リスク管理 - 潜在的なリスクを特定し、その影響を評価し、軽減策を実施
• ステークホルダーとのコミュニケーション - 主要な連絡窓口として、ステータスレポート（日次/週次）を提供し、リリース準備に関する推奨事項を提供
• プロセス改善 - 効率性を高めるためにテストプロセスを継続的に改善し、必要に応じて新しい方法論を導入
• コンプライアンス - テストが業界標準、規制要件、および組織ポリシーに準拠していることの確認
• 客先およびサプライヤーへのステータス報告
• 部門横断的なチーム連携
• 客先向けに実行されるワークパッケージ全体の責任
• 部門横断的なチームとの緊密な連携（技術的な議論の調整）
• オンサイトおよびオフショアチームメンバーの活動を調整し、以下の業務を推進

1. プロジェクトの範囲と目標の定義
2. リソースの計画
3. システム、環境など、その他のリソース要件の管理／調整
4. グローバル規模で実行計画を完了まで推進

• 客先マネージャーとやり取りしてロードマップを理解

1. 客先のロードマップに沿った採用ロードマップの作成および関連タスクの実施

• 客先との定期的な会議を管理
• 上級管理職との定期的なレビュー会議を担当
• 客先への週次および月次ステータス報告を担当
• エスカレーション管理 - プロジェクトの成功につながる問題を特定、評価、管理し、エスカレーションが必要なタイミングの把握

• Bridge between Offshore and Onsite
• Strategic Test Planning - Develops comprehensive test strategies, defines scope, selects tools, and sets entry/exit criteria for projects
• Team Management - Leads, mentors, and manages testing personnel, assigning tasks based on skill levels & project requirements
• Resource & Budget Management - Allocates testing resources, manages testing environments, and oversees project budgets
• Test Execution & Tracking - Ensures test plans are executed on time, tracking metrics like test coverage, defects, and overall quality.
• Risk Management - Identifies potential risks, assesses their impact, and implements mitigation plans.
• Stakeholder Communication - Acts as the primary contact, delivering status reports (daily/weekly) and providing recommendations on release readiness
• Process Improvement - Continuously refining testing processes to increase efficiency, adopting new methodologies when needed.
• Compliance - Ensures testing adheres to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies
• Status Reporting to customers and Supplier
• Cross functional team coordination
• Take ownership of the entire Work Packages being executed for the customer.
• Close interaction with cross functional Team (coordinate technical discussions)
• Coordinate activities of onsite offshore team members and facilitate the following:

1. Defining project scope and objectives
2. Planning of resources.
3. Manage / Coordinate other resource requirements – System, Environment etc.
4. Drive execution plans through to completion, globally.

• Interact with customer managers to understand road maps.

1. Hiring roadmap creation and related tasks aligned with customer road map.

• Manage periodic meetings with customers.
• Responsible for Review Meetings at regular intervals with senior management
• Responsible for weekly and monthly status reporting to customers.
• Escalation management- Identify, assess, and manage issues to the success of the project, know when escalation is required.

• 車載インフォテインメントのテスト経験
• クラスター/メーター/HUDのテスト経験
• CarPlay、Android Auto、CANのテスト経験
• テストツールおよびフレームワークに関する知識と経験
• IT業界全般で12年以上の経験があり、プロジェクト/プログラムマネジメントで8年、自動車分野で5年以上の経験
• 優れた顧客対応経験。優れた顧客コミュニケーション、追跡、フォローアップ、プロセス管理スキル
• 複数のチーム、複数のタイムゾーンにまたがる人材管理の実績
• プロセスの実装、展開、進捗状況の追跡経験
• 社内および顧客との英語と日本語での円滑なコミュニケーション能力があること
• 優れた対人・コミュニケーション能力
• グローバルチーム（異文化、部門横断的なコミュニケーション）での協働経験

• Automotive Infotainment testing experience
• Cluster/Meter/HUD testing experience
• CarPlay, Android Auto, CAN testing experience
• Knowledge & experience in testing tools, frameworks
• Overall IT Industrial experience of 12+ years with 8 years of experience in Project/Program Management and experience in Automotive domain 5+ years
• Excellent customer-facing experience. Good customer communication, tracking, follow up and process management skills
• Proven experience in people management across multiple teams, across time zones
• Experience with process implementation, rollout, tracking progress of these processes
• Fluent communication with internal / customer in both English and Japanese
• Excellent people and communication skills
• Working with Global team (Cross cultural, cross functional communication) experience

• Knowledge in automotive cybersecurity testing
• Familiarity with ISO/SAE 21434 for road vehicle cybersecurity testing
