As a Senior Driver Recruiter, you play a vital role in keeping safe, capable drivers on the road—directly supporting customer needs and contributing to CRST’s overall success. Our Driver Recruiting team is responsible for identifying experienced, reliable solo and team drivers across all business units. In the role of Senior Recruiting Partner, you will lead sourcing and recruiting strategies to build and retain a strong Dedicated Fleet. This position combines hands‑on recruiting with strategic partnership—you’ll source top talent, influence hiring decisions, and help shape the future of driver recruiting at CRST.
