DISHER is partnering with a small, commercial interior design firm that also procures and resells furniture to find a Senior Interior Designer to join their growing team. This experienced designer will own projects from concept through construction, leading client-facing design efforts and helping shape the future of this practice with close ties to a sister architecture firm. In this role, you’ll be a thought leader on interior projects, bringing structure, creativity, and executional excellence to a fast-paced environment.

 

This is a tight-knit team with a flexible and entrepreneurial environment—policies are light, the workload is high, and success comes from self-management, collaboration, and a willingness to wear multiple hats in support of the firm and its clients. You’ll work closely with an aligned architecture partner while still enjoying the breadth, autonomy, and impact that come from being part of a small, evolving design studio.
