Job Description
- Build, coach, and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of technical excellence, architectural excellence, and strategic consulting for Google Cloud’s most complex accounts.
- Oversee transformation journeys across a portfolio of strategic accounts, acting as an executive escalation point and partner for C-suite stakeholders. Provide strategic guidance to your team on shaping multi-year roadmaps that align Google Cloud and AI solutions with customer business objectives.
- Ensure high-quality execution across accounts by establishing best practices for program governance and operating models. Proactively partner with CALs to identify, mitigate, and resolve high-level transformation risks that could impact realized value or customer satisfaction.
- Serve as a senior liaison between CAL team and broader Google Cloud leadership (PSO, TAM, Engineering, and Sales).
- Drive alignment to ensure CAL team has necessary resources and cross-functional support to unblock complex delivery challenges.
