This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Customer Success Analyst based in Brazil.

This role is focused on driving strategic value creation across a portfolio of clients, ensuring strong product adoption, customer retention, and revenue expansion. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them achieve their business goals through effective use of digital solutions and platforms. The position requires a balance of analytical thinking, project coordination, and customer relationship management in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. You will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, improving customer outcomes, and ensuring operational excellence across multiple accounts. Working cross-functionally with product, engineering, operations, and support teams, you will help translate customer needs into actionable execution plans. The role also involves monitoring key performance indicators and transforming insights into scalable success frameworks.
