Job Description
- 负责生物基相关材料、新工艺开发项目的信息收集跟踪，项目立项，技术资料调研评估工作；
- 负责主要包括生物基热塑性聚酯、聚氨酯合成与加工、纤维素基高分子材料、生物基热固性树脂合成及其复合材料、生物基高分子助剂等方向的材料研究和应用开发；
- 对负责开发的产品制定实验验证方案及计划，完成新型生物基材料的聚合制备和相关结构和相态分析；
- 积极在公司层面推广自主研发材料的推广和使用，支持项目中材料技术问题以及生产现场的技术问题解决；
- 及时了解市场和客户需求，完成延锋自主材料在客户端的技术推广；
- 通过L&L、benchmark和相关方法协调产品设计和工程开发的指导方针；
- 负责实验室实验设备的日常管理、维护.
- 负责相关实验室的安全和安全评估工作，并建立相应的防范措施
