Location/Work Type: Rome, GA 30161 (100% In-Office / On-Site Client Campus). Must reside within a 30-minute driving radius for emergency response.
Schedule: Full-time, Salaried. Unrestricted availability required; this is a 24/7 on-call leadership role for campus emergencies and weekend events.
Requirements/Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree; 5+ years in facility operations (minimum 3 years as a Facilities Manager or Facility Director); heavy Maintenance Management background; MEP or CFM certification.

What You’ll Do / Key Responsibilities
As our Facility Director, you take ultimate physical and operational ownership of a premier 800,000 square foot corporate/institutional campus.
Serve as the strategic Facilities Manager and primary advisor to client leadership, conducting weekly alignment meetings.
Provide direct leadership to 4-5 direct supervisors and indirect guidance to 35+ team members across Maintenance, Janitorial, and Landscape/Grounds divisions.
Act as the Physical Plant Director oversee long-term capital improvement forecasting, PM schedules, and multi-million dollar operational budgets.
Utilize enterprise platforms daily (CMMS, Dayforce, Salesforce, Coupa, Google Workspace) to optimize campus performance.
What You Bring To The Team
Proven Leadership: A tracking record of managing large, multi-disciplinary facility teams.
Technical Expertise: A deep, "heavy" background in maintenance management alongside your MEP or CFM certification.
Communication Skills: The ability to seamlessly transition from "boots-on-the-ground" field management to high-level executive boardroom presentations.
