DESCRIPTION:
Join our procurement team as a Lead Procurement Coordinator! In this role, you'll manage supplier management processes and collaborate across teams to ensure effective procurement operations. You'll manage the complete procurement-to-pay (P2P) cycle while coordinating with stakeholders to optimize our supply chain efficiency.
Working with diverse teams, you'll handle supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and implement improvement initiatives. Your expertise will be vital in managing inventory levels, coordinating with manufacturing teams, and supporting new product introductions. You'll also contribute to monitoring market intelligence and implementing cost-saving strategies while maintaining our high quality standards.

REQUIREMENTS:
• 5 years of procurement or supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment
• Preferred Fields of Study: Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering or related field
• Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP) and procurement software
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
• Proficient in English; additional language skills valued for international communication
• Experience in supplier relationship management and contract negotiation
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Experience with inventory management and demand planning
• Knowledge of international trade and import/export processes
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, multicultural environment
• Commitment to improvement and process optimization
• Demonstrated ability to implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining quality standards
• Experience with new product introduction processes preferred
