We are seeking a Tasting Room Lead to shape our guest journey from the first interaction. The Tasting Room Lead is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences that reflect the legacy and hospitality of Beaulieu Vineyard. This role supports daily tasting room operations, leads and mentors the hospitality team, and ensures each guest receives engaging wine education and personalized service. The Tasting Room Lead helps drive wine sales, wine club engagement, and brand loyalty while upholding the winery's standards of excellence and storytelling rooted in over a century of Napa Valley winemaking.
