Department Overview
As the internal platform team responsible for driving the "RUNA" ad delivery platform business, we provide "RUNA" to various companies and businesses within the Rakuten Group. This department aims to increase company-wide advertising revenue by offering technical support, planning, and implementation of "RUNA," thereby contributing to the enhancement of product and inventory value for each business.
Our mission is to leverage the powerful assets of the Rakuten ecosystem to build one of Japan's leading digital advertising ecosystems.

Position Details
About the Business of This Position
This is a leadership role in expanding the "RUNA" ad delivery platform business, driving advertising revenue growth for various group companies and business divisions within the organization. In this role, you will not only provide solutions but also work closely within business divisions, utilizing your business development skills to create new value.
By combining the assets of "RUNA" with those of each business, you will be responsible for formulating and executing strategies to maximize advertising revenue, playing a key role in supporting the overall growth of the group.
Job Details
This is a sales position that utilizes the "RUNA" ad delivery platform, responsible for making proposals to the demand side (advertisers) and providing value to the supply side (media).
You will propose optimal solutions to the demand side to help maximize advertising effectiveness, while also offering strategic support to the supply side to enhance profitability. This important role supports and accelerates the growth of the advertising ecosystem from both the demand and supply perspectives.
Mandatory Qualifications:
At least 1 year and 6months of experience in internet advertising-related work (such as sales, operations, or product planning)
Desired Qualifications:
・Experience in the operation or sales of ad delivery platforms (DSP/SSP/Ad Server, etc.)
・Experience using ad delivery platforms (DSP/SSP/Ad Server, etc.) as an advertiser or media
・Leadership skills to proactively carry out tasks
・Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering service value
・Teamwork skills to move things forward through communication with others
・Flexibility to respond to changing situations
