Key Responsibilities
Support new clients through the onboarding process
Provide personalized service and recommend appropriate solutions based on client needs
Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries
Maintain accurate records and manage follow-ups
Build and maintain client relationships through consistent communication
Adhere to company policies, state regulations, and compliance standards
Manage appointments and daily schedules efficiently
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a virtual environment
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Organized, dependable, and goal-driven
Comfortable using digital tools and technology
Prior experience is not required. Comprehensive training and ongoing support are provided.
