We Move People, and People Move Us! Overview Publicis Global Delivery is looking for a Senior Social Analyst L3 who wants to help our global clients succeed and our team continues growing. You will directly contribute to transforming our international clients 'businesses by running and activating social campaigns and guiding team members to improve their technical goals. Responsibilities Work directly with agencies in the US or Europe to activate, monitor, and optimize social media campaigns for global clients and their business KPIs. Proactively identify client’s growth opportunities and take actions to ensure it happens. Assist in Social and Digital Media training sessions. You will have the time and opportunity to grow and help others succeed. Oversee the development, the rollout, and the adherence to social media best practices. Prepare, train, and certify yourself to evolve and continue your career path within PGD, while working on your daily tasks. Develop, improve, and maintain relationships with clients through exceptional client service. Provide the clients with recommendations and optimization strategies that are aligned with their objectives. Qualifications Must require: Advance expertise in two or more Social Platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest, Tik Tok, LinkedIn, Reddit or Sprinklr. Strong communication skills. Result oriented skills. Attention to details skills. Analytical skills. Previously trained in digital branding or performance campaigns. In-depth knowledge of social platforms, operating as an in-agency expert while showing a good understanding of the overall media landscape. Intermediate Excel knowledge. Strong teamwork and client orientation skills to help the team grow.
