The ICR team is responsible for managing all general inquiries about Homewood Health Centre In-patient treatment services that come through by way of phone, web requests and emails. Respond to inquiry calls, emails and web requests for information related to any of Homewood’s treatment facilities in this challenging and rewarding front-line role. Interact with individuals seeking care, family members, professionals, referrers and other third parties.
