Overview We are hiring a Account Director to play a pivotal role within DOT Dynamic Studio’s Centre of Excellence. This is a leadership position where you’ll shape senior client relationships, guide complex dynamic creative delivery and help scale innovative digital solutions across the Groupe. You’ll sit at the intersection of creativity, technology and commercial thinking, making work that truly performs. Responsibilities What you’ll be doing: Building trusted, senior‑level relationships with clients and acting as a strategic partner Translating client objectives into scalable, effective creative and operational solutions Leading end‑to‑end delivery of dynamic creative projects across display, social, DOOH and video Identifying growth opportunities and supporting new business initiatives Owning commercial oversight, including forecasting, scoping and financial tracking Improving workflows and operational efficiency across teams and projects Coaching and supporting account team members, helping them grow and succeed Qualifications Skills we’re looking for: Experience leading accounts or projects within digital media, creative technology or production A strong understanding of digital campaign ecosystems and creative workflows Confidence working with senior stakeholders and presenting clearly and thoughtfully Commercial awareness, with experience supporting forecasting and governance An organised, solutions‑focused approach to managing multiple priorities A collaborative mindset and enjoyment of working across creative, media and tech teams Curiosity for innovation, including AI‑enabled workflows and evolving creative operations Additional information Publicis Media offers a wide range of benefits to support our employees.
