1. Business Planning & Execution Ownership
- Take full ownership of business planning and execution for assigned regions, including monthly, quarterly, and annual plans aligned with company strategy
- Lead the design of region-specific business strategies, commercial priorities, and activation plans to drive APE growth and productivity
- Translate business strategy into clear execution roadmap and sales enablement actions for BDMs, bank partners, and internal stakeholders
- Continuously monitor performance, identify business gaps, and proactively calibrate action plans to improve KPIs
- Ensure all business activities are executed in compliance with company policies and risk management requirements
2. Strategic Account Development & Deployment
- Lead the deployment of business initiatives, sales programs, and capability development plans at assigned bank partners
- Jointly develop and execute regional business plans with bank partners, ensuring alignment on targets, priorities, and sales actions
- Drive the activation of key enablers across regions, including business rhythms, sales campaigns, capability interventions, and stakeholder engagement
- Act as the key accountable owner to ensure initiatives are translated into field-level execution and sales outcomes
- Strengthening long-term strategic partnerships through structured engagement, influence, and value creation
3. Bank Stakeholder Coaching & Activation
- Build strong working relationships with bank leaders and frontline stakeholders at regional and branch levels
- Coach, influence, and mobilize bank stakeholders to improve business focus, sales discipline, and activation effectiveness
- Partner with bank stakeholders to identify growth opportunities, remove execution barriers, and accelerate business performance
- Create alignment and commitment from stakeholders to deliver agreed business initiatives and targets
4. People Management & Capability Building
- Lead, coach, and develop BDMs and sales management teams to improve productivity and leadership capability
- Build a strong talent pipeline and succession plan for key roles
- Drive team engagement, accountability, and a high-performance culture
- Attract and retain high-quality talent for Partnership Distribution
5. Stakeholder & Governance Management
- Build and maintain strong collaboration with internal functions (Product, Operations, Risk, Compliance, etc.)
- Ensure smooth execution and alignment across all stakeholders
- Lead issue resolution and business decision-making related to regional performance and partnership effectiveness
6. Others
