Local Garbage Truck Driver – Des Moines, Iowa
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 5:00 AM – Route Complete | 50 - 55 hours per week
Pay: $26 - $28 per hour + Overtime pay

Waste Connections of Iowa, is looking for a safety-conscious Local Garbage Truck Driver to join our expanding team in Des Moines, Iowa!
What You’ll Do:
- Safely operate a company vehicle on designated routes
- Pick up and transport waste and recycling materials
- Maintain accurate records of pick-ups and deliveries
- Communicate effectively with customers and dispatch
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Valid driver's license (CDL not required – we’ll help you get it!)
✔️ Clean driving record
✔️ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
✔️ Strong communication skills
✔️ Commitment to safety and customer service
