Job Description
Job Position
Monitor overseas asset performance, analyze plant issues, track financials vs budget, ensure compliance, coordinate stakeholders, and support management reporting.
Job Responsibilities
- Support monitoring of operational performance of overseas assets through reports (daily/weekly/monthly)
- Assist in analyzing plant performance, identifying issues, and proposing improvement actions
- Support review of annual budgets and monitor actual vs. budget performance
- Track and report key financial indicators (e.g., OPEX, P&L trends)
- Coordinate with overseas partners and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
- Support preparation of reports and presentations for management and board meetings
- Assist in ensuring compliance with contracts, policies, and operational standards
- Participate in performance review meetings (monthly/quarterly) and follow up on action items
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Energy or related fields)
- 4–8 years of experience in power plant operations, asset management, or energy-related business
- Experience in renewable energy (solar, wind, BESS) or thermal power plants will be an advantage
- Basic understanding of power plant operations, maintenance practices, and performance monitoring
- Familiarity with financial concepts such as budgeting, OPEX control, and basic P&L analysis
- Experience working with international projects or cross-functional teams is preferred
- Fluent in English both written and verbal (Minimum 750 TOEIC score).
- Ability to travel/work upcountry and abroad.
