SVP-Community Health and Integration (Full-time Hybrid, NC Based)

The Senior Vice President Community Health and Integration provides senior leadership for Alliance Health’s operational capability to integrate social care, physical health, behavioral health, and community-based supports for Tailored Plan members. This role leads implementation of social care and community integration priorities, with accountability for operational readiness, performance oversight, and compliance with the North Carolina Olmstead Settlement Agreement and related requirements.
