Clinic Operator

Department: BHFC-Lakewood

Shift: Day

Working Hours: M-F 8am - 5pm

Summary:
The Operator is responsible primarily for answering the telephone and directing calls to the appropriate department and/or person.

Other information:

1. HS Diploma and/or GED equivalent is required
2. Previous clinic experience preferred
3. Excellent customer service/interpersonal communication skills
4. Multi-line telephone experience a plus
5. Minimal typing skills (35-40 wpm)

This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
