Human Services Program Coordinator

This position is within the Office of Health Equity, which is seeking someone to manage its Partners in Prayer & Prevention program. This program is the evolution and rebranding of Virginia’s Congregations for Million Hearts program. The initiative facilitates partnerships between marginalized communities, faith, and interfaith organizations local and state public health agencies.
