JOB SUMMARY:

The Charge Nurse is responsible for unit and shift leadership: oversight & planning, directing &mentoring, staff assignments, scheduling, providing and evaluating nursing care using critical thinking, professional judgment and leadership skills.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Current and valid licensure as Registered Nurse Tennessee Required
ACLS Required
Bachelor's Nursing Preferred
1 Year Related Nursing Experience in a Hospital Setting Required
