CMP工程シフトエンジニアは、プロセス開発部門、プロセスインテグレーション開発部門、および量産部門と連携し、24時間365日（24/7）稼働体制下での技術開発業務を担当します。
新規デバイス開発、冗長化装置（Redundancy tool）の展開、開発デバイスにおける迅速な異常品対応などを通じて、止まることのない技術開発体制の実現に貢献します。

業務詳細

• CMP工程（CMP：化学機械研磨）エリアにおける、24時間365日（24/7）稼働体制下での技術開発業務
  • 開発デバイスにおけるLevel Owner業務
    （プロセスセットアップ、プロセス改善評価、SPC管理、冗長化装置の展開など、PMIで規定された各種開発業務）
  • 新規装置評価および新規材料評価を含むCMPプロセス開発の推進
  • 新規材料導入に伴う剥離（はがれ）検査の実施および評価
  • 開発デバイスにおいて、CMPプロセス異常品ならびに膜厚（Thickness）計測エラー発生時に、迅速かつ的確な対応を行い、ロットの円滑なリリースを実現
  • 慢性的なプロセス課題に対し、データ収集および解析・取りまとめを行い、プロセス開発部門またはプロセスインテグレーション開発部門へエスカレーショ
• 開発ロットにおけるサイクルタイム改善活動
  （冗長化装置の展開、量産プロセスとの条件整合など）を、量産部門と連携して推進
• 4勤4休シフト体制でのエンジニア業務対応、勤務時間は以下の通り
• 昼勤：08:00～20:15（実働10時間30分、休憩105分）/夜勤：20:00～08:15（実働10時間15分、休憩120分）

必須要件

※以下のすべてを満たす必要はありません。
■ ハードスキル（Technical / Professional Skills）

• 半導体に関する基礎的な知識を有している方
• 必要な教育内容を理解し、適切に実施できる能力を有している方
• Microsoft Office（Excel、PowerPoint、Word）などの基本的なソフトウェアスキル
• データの抽出、所定フォーマットでの整理を行い、レポート作成ができるスキル
• プロセスに関連する基本的なトラブルシューティング能力
• 日本語能力：N2レベル相当以上、またはビジネスレベル以上で業務を遂行できる方。加えて、英文メール・文書での英語使用経験がある方、または英語使用に抵抗のない方（翻訳ツール使用可）
• 学士号以上、または半導体業界もしくは量産ラインでの実務経験2年以上を有している方
• シフト勤務（4勤4休）に対応可能な方

■ ソフトスキル（Behavioral / Interpersonal Skills）

• 担当エリアの課題を把握し、チームメンバーと連携して改善活動を遂行できる方
• 職場ルールを遵守し、問題発生時に適切な報告・連絡・相談（報連相）ができる方
• 関係部門と円滑にコミュニケーションを図る能力を有している方
• 業務に対して前向きかつ主体的に取り組める方
• 自己管理能力（業務面・健康面の双方）を有している方
