We welcome mothers, pregnant women, and women primarily of childbearing age, offering a safe, substance-free environment that addresses their unique needs. Our services include outpatient, intensive outpatient, and residential treatment. We focus on empowering women through individual, family, and group counseling, community support, vocational services, and parenting skills development—all designed to promote lasting self-sufficiency and recovery.   Position Overview: Under the supervision of the Site Supervisor, the Health Service Technician plays a vital role in providing direct support, supervision, and care to clients in recovery. This position supports the program's structure and reinforces recovery-focused practices in a compassionate and structured environment.    Location/Schedule: 5113 College Cross, Macon, GA/ The shifts for this position are (full-time)1st shift -7am-3pm or 3rd shift 11pm-7am or (part-time) 7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm. Week A: Monday-Friday- Saturday & Sunday Off/ Week B: Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, & Saturday- Monday & Friday off.  The position requires working some of the first shift and some of the second shift.    Key Responsibilities: Provide direct client support and supervision in a residential setting. Assist clients in developing and practicing daily living skills. Provide transportation as needed.   Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required.
