TECHNICAL FACILITIES DIRECTOR

The Technical Director of Facilities and Maintenance reports directly to the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) and is responsible for strategic leadership, planning, and technical oversight of all maintenance, building systems, facility operations, and capital improvement projects and other projects throughout the agency. This position ensures all agency owned properties remain safe, develops preventative maintenance programs, oversees facility infrastructure, directs construction and renovation projects, ensures regulatory compliance, directly supervises Assistant Directors and indirectly supervises other team members, manages vendor relationships, promotes operational efficiency, while supporting the agency’s mission of providing high-quality services
