We are looking for a seasoned, high-impact Principle People Business Partner to be the EMEA HR Lead. This is a unique, individual contributor (IC) role designed for an HR professional who thrives on complexity, high-level governance, and strategic execution across a diverse international landscape. This role will report directly into the Senior HR Director of the Global People Business Partner Team.Based in our Dublin headquarters, you will serve as the international lead for our HR operations. You will balance heavy-duty compliance, employment legislation nuances against a global business with the agile demands of supporting a dedicated client group.
