Descripción del puesto The Producer coordinates, optimizes, and leads end‑to‑end print graphic production—from BTL campaigns, packaging, and POP materials to catalogs, magazines, and large‑format prints—ensuring precise operations, superior print quality, and strict compliance with technical specifications. With the primary goal of optimizing timelines, workflows, and specialized resources in prepress and print environments, they contribute strategically to the organization's success by ensuring the timely delivery of high‑quality printed products that meet the highest graphic, color‑management, and durability standards of the Agency, the client, and suppliers. This Producer is focused on the full print production cycle: from brief interpretation and adaptation, through color‑proof supervision and press oversight, to distribution logistics management. Responsabilidades Lead end‑to‑end print production for BTL campaigns, packaging, POP, catalogs, magazines, and large‑format materials. Translate creative briefs into accurate print specifications, ensuring color, materials, and technical standards are met. Oversee prepress, color proofs, and press checks, ensuring flawless execution with vendors. Coordinate timelines, resources, and workflows to optimize production efficiency. Work closely with creative, account teams, and suppliers to ensure accuracy, consistency, and on‑time delivery. Manage vendor bidding, scheduling, and final delivery logistics of printed materials. Identify risks early and provide clear, timely updates to internal teams and clients. Cualificaciones Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field; or a Technical Degree/Certification in a similar area. Training and proficiency in creative software tools, especially Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). 5+ years of experience supporting print production projects across BTL, packaging, POP, editorial, and large‑format materials. Experience working with front-end or creative production environments (including OLA and website‑related adaptations) and managing technical or creative teams, preferably within a creative or production agency. Strong understanding of print production, prepress workflows, and technical processes that support efficient and high‑quality execution. Ability to translate creative requirements into accurate technical specifications and ensure compliance with print standards and color‑management practices.
