This position reports to:
EL Product Marketing Manager__
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the Sales organization and its customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions. Each day, you will serve as a key technical resource in the assigned area. You will also showcase your expertise by preparing technical descriptions for the applied products and technology.
The work model for the role is: hybrid
This role is contributing to the Smart Power & Smart Building business in Taiwan. Main stakeholders are TW customers and internal organizations.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Provide technical support for Key accounts and Mega projects.
- Local certification application and management.
- Management product return and maintenance process and improvement.
- Offering technical advice and providing comment on enquiry specifications for customers/channels/Sales Engineers regarding ABB’s products/systems/applications.
- Support to develop product & solution demonstration and provide trainings to internal teams and external customers.
- Supporting the managers in preparing and validating the technical articles to publish.
Qualifications for the role

electrical engineering background
ownership and collaboration skills
Knowledge of low voltage breaker, ACB, MCCB, MCB, meters and contactors
