Loan Officer - Reverse Mortgage Coach

The Loan Officer – Reverse Mortgage Coach plays an important role in the organization by performing a variety of activities directly related to the company’s Production functions. The role is primarily responsible, under moderate supervision, for providing quality relations with borrowers through completing the origination processing of application, loan disclosure, review files for adherence to underwriting standards; ensuring completeness of submission to processing. The position also entails working with local, assigned Guild branches to train other non-Reverse Loan Officers to do reverse mortgages. This training will include visits and live presentations to branches, as well mentoring the Loan Officer on specific reverse mortgages.
