Job Description

Eptura is on the hunt for a hungry and results-driven Enterprise Account Executive, to join our Go-To-Market (GTM) sales team! This is your chance to make a real impact by driving new business growth, expanding existing accounts, and exceeding targets. Responsibilities

  • Pursue well-qualified prospects with energy and determination, building a strong pipeline and cultivating relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Communicate Eptura’s value through a consultative sales approach, addressing customer needs and delivering impactful solutions.
  • Smash your quota by generating new revenue, expanding current business, and securing renewals.
  • Collaborate with the business development team to drive qualified opportunities and manage the sales cycle effectively.
  • Confidently engage and sell to executives, VPs, and C-level leaders, showcasing strategic value.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to your assigned territory or vertical.
  • Maintain and utilize Salesforce effectively, ensuring accurate and timely updates of candidate and pipeline data.
  • Forecast sales performance with precision, leveraging data insights and trends to align with company goals.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by keeping current on Eptura product updates, pricing models, and contract terms.


About You

  • A relentless drive to win! Results-oriented, hungry, and motivated to succeed with integrity.
  • Coachable and feedback-driven—always ready to grow and refine your approach.
  • 5+ years in software sales, with SaaS/application experience preferred.
  • Proven success in managing and closing enterprise-level deals using solution and value selling techniques.
  • A confident negotiator with outstanding commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
  • Ability to build trust and credibility with clients, forging long-term, meaningful relationships.
  • Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset, balancing the big picture with execution excellence.
  • Experience with forecasting and pipelining, ensuring business alignment and sales success.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, maintaining accurate data and leveraging the platform to drive results.
