
Business Office Specialist
Job Description
Hutchinson Public Schools is looking for a Business Office Specialist. This position supports the financial and business functions of the district by ensuring accurate processing of financial transactions, maintaining financial records, and assisting with compliance, reporting, and analysis. Contributes to the effective operation of the Business Office by supporting established processes, providing service to internal and external stakeholders, and maintaining adherence to district financial procedures. Associate's degree in Accounting, Business Management, or a related field preferred. Candidates with relevant experience in accounts payable, accounting, financial operations, or related business functions will be considered in lieu of formal education. Experience in a school district or public sector environment is beneficial but not required. Salary is commensurate with education and experience.
