Job Description

Position Title:
SOP Analyst (Standard Operating Procedures Analyst)

Category/Shift:
Salaried Full-Time

Physical Location:
Querétaro Corporate Office

The Job You Will Perform:

· Develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) 
· Analyze current processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities 
· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and validate procedures 
· Ensure SOPs comply with internal policies and external regulations 
· Regularly review and update existing SOPs to reflect process changes 
· Track and report on process improvement initiatives 
· Partner with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and standardization of processes

The Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge You Will Bring:

· 1-3 years of experience in process analysis, documentation, or similar roles
· Experience developing and maintaining SOPs or process documentation preferred
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across functions
· Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
· Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
· Action Oriented, Continuous Improvement mindset, Interpersonal Skills, and Ability to manage ambiguity
