Job Description

Location: Worke Mode: Remote – Monterrey, Nuevo León, México Opportunity BASIC FUNCTION Supports the development, growth and daily management of assigned retail accounts. This role focuses on ensuring flawless execution, maintaining strong customer relationships, tracking performance, and supporting commercial strategies to increase sales, profitability, and operational efiiciency, Works closely with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, supply chain, customer service, finance, and product to ensure the account’s needs are met in a timely manner. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES •Support the management of the day-to-day relationship with assigned accounts. •Ensure product availability, correct pricing, and on-time execution of promotions. •Monitor sell-in, sell-out, inventory levels, and store execution to identify risks and opportunities. •Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports (sales, margins, forecast accuracy, stock levels). •Assist in the preparation of business reviews, presentations, and commercial proposals. •New product registration (item agreements) •Orders and shipment tracking in order to reléase deliveries to assure 90% fill rate •New stores implementation, coordinating product and displays •Monthly forecast elaboration •Help to resolve any discrepancy on invoices and payments
