Job Description
- Study the subcontracting documents in terms of specifications, work data, time programs and technical conditions for the purchase of specialized materials, equipment, services and the commitment of each of the parties to the contract Prepare any internal memoranda or external letters requested by the administration manager.
- Preparing contractual documents for the suppliers and the list of contractors approved by the project or those who have previous experience in the same field and their record in the company.
- Nominating contractors, analyzing the suppliers and preparing reports on the results of the offering to contractors according to cost and market prices.
- Draft contracts to be presented to the direct Manager, presenting the contractor/supplier's observations (if Need), coordinating additions and deletions, or any amendments to subcontracts.
- Coordination with the Supply Chain to request the pricing of raw materials, which are included in the contracts of subcontractors with the data of approved raw materials to develop policies and procedures for subcontracting.
- Follow up the management of the contract between the project team and the subcontractors, as well as track the progress and performance of the subcontractors.
- Technical review of the performance of subcontractors through the monthly extracts submitted by project and compare them with the contract and monitor any developments that occur during the contract, whether bonuses or discounts signed on contractors through extracts or periodic visits to projects.
- Review the contractor's status at the end of the contract period with the approved by the customer, end the contract, and follow up the contractors' dues with the financial department.
- Attend periodic meetings with projects in case of inquiries for the contract or solve any contractual problems with subcontractors.
- Review the contractual documents and inform the technical offices in the event of any discrepancies, incomplete data or delay in technical appropriations, which may negatively affect the cost of the items
