Job Description
The FP&A Analyst will play a key role in delivering actionable financial insights, management reporting, and forecasting support across the organization. This role is responsible for enhancing visibility into business performance, supporting strategic decision-making, and identifying opportunities to improve financial processes and reporting efficiency.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform detailed variance analysis, identifying key drivers and explaining results vs. forecast and prior periods
- Own and deliver monthly management reporting packages for senior leadership, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness
- Develop clear, concise presentations and forecast outputs for management and executive audiences
- Own budgeting and forecasting for operating expenses, including marketing spend and operational cost efficiency
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver insights that drive spend optimization, improve forecasting accuracy, and enhance business performance
- Contribute to the implementation and improvement of internal financial reporting and planning systems, ensuring data integrity and consistency across datasets
- Conduct ad hoc analyses and support special projects to inform business decisions
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in FP&A, financial reporting, or a related analytical role
- Advanced Excel skills (financial modeling, pivot tables, data analysis)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate financial concepts clearly to non-finance stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
- Experience with financial planning and reporting tools (e.g., Adaptive, Anaplan, Fintastic)
- Experience with data querying tools (e.g., Snowflake, SQL)
- Familiarity with BI and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Experience in fintech, lending, or financial services
