Job Description
- Plan and manage sales incentive programs that motivate performance and reward goal achievement.
- Drive the annual planning cycle, aligning ambitious growth expectations with realistic assessments of market opportunities and internal capabilities across all hardware product lines.
- Collaborate closely with the Regional Sales VP and country sales leads to gain a deep understanding of their business landscapes.
- Identify and deploy AI-driven solutions and automation to streamline workflows and improve global cross-functional communication.
- Use SQL, modern spreadsheets, and AI tools to analyze sales data, forecast market trends, and directly inform business plans.
