
Manager, Logistics
Job Description

In this role, you lead logistics operations and partner with teams across the co-op to improve service, reduce cost, and support growth. You guide transportation and distribution work while building strong relationships with vendors and internal partners. You help create a reliable, efficient, and customer-focused supply chain.

- Lead daily logistics operations across inbound, outbound, and international transportation
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve processes, reduce cost, and enhance service
- Guide logistics strategy and support adoption across teams
- Track performance using key metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
- Build strong partnerships with vendors and support contract and service management
- Support team development through coaching, feedback, and clear communication
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or related field
- Experience leading teams and supporting employee development
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across teams
- Experience improving processes and using data to guide decisions
- Ability to manage vendor relationships and logistics operations
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in supply chain, business, or related field

Pay Range
$98,300.00 - $157,400.00 per year
