SUDs Counselor - Blackburn

As a SUDs Counselor with Central City Concern, you’ll work alongside a multidisciplinary team supporting individuals experiencing substance use disorders, co-occurring mental health conditions, homelessness, and complex life challenges. This role provides individual counseling, group facilitation, case management, crisis support, treatment planning, and care coordination within a trauma-informed environment. Blackburn Center combines behavioral health, healthcare, housing, and employment services under one innovative model focused on long-term stability and recovery.
