Job Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding

• Answer call lights promptly and respond to resident needs

• Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions to nursing staff

• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges

• Support residents with mobility and positioning

• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents

• Provide compassionate and respectful care to all patients

Qualifications:

• Current California CNA certification required

• Previous skilled nursing or subacute experience preferred but not required

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused attitude
