Desktop Support Engineer
** Troubleshooting:** Diagnosing and resolving hardware (PCs, printers, peripherals) and software (OS, applications) issues.
** Installation & Configuration:** Setting up new computers, installing software, and configuring systems for users.
** User Support (Help Desk):** Providing direct assistance (phone, chat, in-person) to users for IT-related problems.
