Job Description
Research:
• Build experience in core market research skills and use them to support the design, management, and delivery of projects
• Demonstrate understanding of questionnaire/discussion guide, scripts, and tab specs
• Coordinate operational tasks & suppliers involved in the project
• Control the quality of the research data obtained and their consistency with the project
Clients:
• Develop understanding of relevant clients and their needs
• Contribute to client satisfaction with Ipsos by constantly applying high quality standards and delivering excellence in a timely fashion
Communication:
• Communicate effectively to maintain a favourable working relationship
• Understand the need for and use different communication styles and methods according to the ‘audience’ or the message
People:
• Work effectively with senior members of the team
• Ensure compliance with Ipsos internal HR processes
Prepare simple reports or analyse their content based on facts & data
Create simple presentations autonomously together with your manager / more senior team member
Interacts with the operational teams during set-up of the project (add/clarify scripting instructions, testing of questionnaires, coding, and open-ends)
• Pharmacy degree or any relevant degree
• Basic knowledge of market research (reading & analyzing frequency tables, data collection techniques, sampling) and basic knowledge of statistics (significance tests, mean-median and standard deviation)
• Ability to work in an international environment
• Fluency in English
• Good command of MS Office, especially Excel
