Manufacturing Operator [Forklift|Packaging]

Join the ECI Group's Professional Technical Services Network as an Manufacturing Operation [Forklift|}Packaging]. This is a Wilmington CA based contract role with an anticipated 12-month duration. Note: You must be a US Citizen or Permanent US Resident to qualify for this position.

The role has been confirmed as a true on-site manufacturing operator position supporting day-to-day production activities. This includes hands-on work with packaging equipment and requires prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, along with forklift operation.

• Operates within the context of a relatively stable environment
• Performs routine administrative activities and resolves fairly simple administrative queries
• Performs routine tasks under close supervision with some freedom to set a sequence of activities
• Interaction with others requires courtesy, tact and effectiveness in providing and obtaining information.

This is a general operator role supporting on-site manufacturing operations. The role is operational in nature and will be supporting the team on site.

The expected profile is a candidate with a high school diploma and prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, including forklift operation and familiarity with packaging equipment. There is no strict requirement on years of experience, but relevant hands-on experience in a similar setting is expected.
