Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Duties and Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
Responsible for testing, validation, system deployment, and troubleshooting of AI / HPC Servers, GPU Servers, and related hardware platforms. This role requires close collaboration with production teams, R&D, FAE, and customers to analyze and resolve issues encountered during production testing, system integration testing, and customer-side deployment.
Responsibilities include building Linux-based test environments, Shell Script automation, log collection and analysis, root cause identification, test report preparation, and helping determine whether issues are related to Firmware, Hardware, Software, OS, Drivers, Network, or test environment configuration. The role requires overseas onsite support, system deployment, and troubleshooting based on customer needs, approximately 2–3 times per year.
This position is suitable for candidates who have experience or a strong interest in AI / HPC Servers, GPUs, CPUs, Storage, Networking, Firmware, Linux systems, and large-scale server testing, and who are willing to dive deep into problems and break down complex systems to understand how they work.
Qualifications:
- Familiar with Linux system operations, installation, configuration, and basic service setup.
- Possess Shell Script programming skills for test automation, log parsing, and system status checks.
- Basic SQL query skills are required to support test data organization and result analysis.
Experience in testing, maintenance, or debugging of Servers, AI Servers, HPC Servers, GPU Servers, or related hardware platforms is required. - Able to read and analyze OS logs, BMC logs, driver logs, kernel messages, and test logs, and assist in identifying the source of issues.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills are required to work with production teams, hardware, firmware, software, PM, FAE, and customers to resolve technical issues.
