Laboratory Technician – Labstock

What you’ll be doing
Supporting daily laboratory operations through effective material and stock management
Managing inventory and ensuring availability of chemicals and consumables
Handling deliveries, including temperature-sensitive materials
Monitoring stock levels, expiry dates, and ensuring proper stock rotation
Supporting safe waste management processes
Maintaining clean, organised lab and storage areas
Collaborating with lab teams to understand and respond to operational needs
Identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiency
What we’re looking for
Previous experience in a laboratory or similar environment
Basic knowledge of chemical handling or inventory systems (preferred)
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication and customer service mindset
Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools
A proactive, flexible, and reliable approach to work
Nice to have
A scientific degree or relevant qualifications
Experience working with laboratory inventory systems or stock management
