Major Deliverables:
- Establishing relationship with registered users
- Understanding client’s requirement, involve RM if needed
- Resolving any of the client queries
- Connecting with clients to give regular updates
- Getting more referrals from the existing users for onboarding new investors on the platform
- Introduction calls for all new customers
- Tracking of query resolutions
- Tagging of all queries raised in CRM
Specialized job competencies:
Good communication skills, Fluent in English verbal & written communication, Graduate (any stream),
existing experience in customer service management
