What Makes This Role Great:

In this role, you will be at the helm of localized marketing for a Tier 1 growth market, directly influencing pipeline generation and expanding market reach through strategic industry alliances and high-impact field initiatives.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

• Spearhead localized, multi-channel demand generation programs across email, paid media, and social channels to drive qualified pipeline.

• Partner directly with India Sales and SDR teams to accelerate revenue growth and optimize lead conversion processes.

• Design and execute a dynamic field marketing strategy, including high-profile executive roundtables and Trimble-hosted events.

• Forge and champion strategic relationships with key local industry bodies, associations, and technology alliances.

• Track and optimize regional budgets, delivering transparent reports on marketing performance and ROI to global stakeholders.

Essential Skills & Experience

• You bring 8+ years of B2B marketing experience within high-growth SaaS, technology, or construction technology sectors.

• Proven expertise in executing integrated demand generation campaigns, event management, and field marketing.

• Strong technical proficiency with Marketing Automation Tools, CRM platforms like Salesforce, and data analytics.

• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills with an analytical, metrics-driven mindset.

Bonus Points For

• Experience specifically within the CAD, CAM, BIM, or construction technology industries.

 • An educational background in Civil Engineering combined with marketing expertise.
