Must include 3 years of experience with each of the following: (1) dealing with environmental factors and hazards, including bed bugs, pests, and rodents, (2) patching, repairing, and painting walls, (3) repairing washers and dryers, and (4) rodding sewer lines. Requires valid Illinois driver’s license, HVAC certification, and electrical certification.
