A Tier -2 Service Desk Support Specialist provides technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware for the Joint Warfare Analysis Ctr (JWAC). The role ensures efficient and effective resolution of IT-related issues to maintain smooth business operations.
