Job Overview

We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Pediatric Hematology/Oncology Physician with expertise in Vascular Anomalies to join our growing program. This is a unique opportunity for a physician interested in both clinical care and program development, with a 50/50 split between vascular anomalies and general pediatric hematology/oncology.

This role is ideal for a candidate with pediatric hematology/oncology training and specialized experience or interest in vascular anomalies who is eager to take on a leadership role and develop and shape the program. The physician will serve as an attending and play a key role in building a comprehensive, multidisciplinary vascular anomalies program.

Position Highlights

Direct and grow the Dayton Children’s Vascular Anomalies Clinic, including both inpatient and outpatient services
• Provide high-quality care in general pediatric hematology/oncology clinic and inpatient settings (50% of role)
Develop and shape the program into a leading regional center for vascular anomalies care
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team across pediatric subspecialties, a well-established interventional radiology team and dedicated infusion services

• Participate in clinical, translational, or outcomes-based research; prior research experience in vascular anomalies is highly valued
• Educate medical students, residents, and other learners in both inpatient and outpatient settings
• Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package, with support for professional development

Our physicians hold faculty appointments at the Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine and educate medical students, residents, fellows, hospital staff, and community professionals.
